Every youth deserves peace.

But not every young person is provided with accessible opportunities to take care of their mental, emotional and physical health.

That’s where New Leaf Foundation comes in.

Supporting healthier, more peaceful communities

We offer programs, education and resources that use meditative practices, like mindfulness and yoga, to address the causes and impacts of chronic stress on youth and the adults that care for them. Our focus is providing services in marginalized and under-served spaces.

New Leaf Foundation | Mindfulness-Based Wellness Youth Programs

Programs

We facilitate multi-session in-person and virtual programs in youth justice settings and in partnership with other youth-serving organizations.

Education

We offer workshops, trainings and events that build leadership and explore the impacts of chronic stress, the benefits of mindfulness, and share our best practices.

New Leaf Foundation | Mindfulness Resources for Youth

Resources

We develop materials that make it easy and accessible for youth, families, and communities to build mindfulness-based activities into their everyday lives.

Curriculum Toolkit

Give your classroom the tools to thrive

As leaders offering mindfulness programming to youth since 2007, New Leaf Foundation has packaged up our knowledge into an easy-to-use online mindfulness curriculum that can reduce stress, engage students, and support educators.
