Supporting healthier, more peaceful communities
We offer programs, education and resources that use meditative practices, like mindfulness and yoga, to address the causes and impacts of chronic stress on youth and the adults that care for them. Our focus is providing services in marginalized and under-served spaces.
Programs
We facilitate multi-session in-person and virtual programs in youth justice settings and in partnership with other youth-serving organizations.
Education
We offer workshops, trainings and events that build leadership and explore the impacts of chronic stress, the benefits of mindfulness, and share our best practices.
Resources
We develop materials that make it easy and accessible for youth, families, and communities to build mindfulness-based activities into their everyday lives.
